I too love carb cycling! I'm on slingshot week. And I was really worried. But the beginning of my ss week I was still losing. I'm at the beach now...so no scale. But the one thing for sure is CC helped break my sugar cravings after the first week! I don't know how but I was addicted to sugar! And had migraines to prove it. I feel so much healthier already in week 4! Thanks for sharing!
