Diet Better is the BEST!

I just wanted to get that out of the way.  I have been dieting for years and frankly I weighed less years ago! I make plans and lose a little then fall off.  I have told my husband you know, if you would just bet me something I would succeed. I just know I would.  But he doesn't, not because he doesn't love me, but because he loves me as I am and doesn't see the need.

In comes Diet Better! I have stuck this out, and more! I am finding myself looking for the next challenge!

SO, I have eaten pretty good.  I have been walking and counting my steps with my fit bit for exercise. Next month I am going to add some exercise to my daily routine and plans.  I am going to challenge myself to do more.

I have read that people who tell other people thier plans, follow through more often. 

* I will continue to eat 'clean'.

* I will continue to drink water throughout the day.

* I will continue to walk 10,000 steps and I will up that 1000 steps a week until I reach a comfortable 15,000 steps a day.

* I will add some calenstinics to my day...... soon.... HEY it's a start! ;-)

* and I will join 1 dietbetter next month if I fail this one - and 2 if I win!!! ;-)
