Well, week 5 was pretty good. I stayed on track with my eating and did really well. Week 6 on the other hand, was not so good. I gained 2 lbs while at Disneyland for my birthday. So now that I'm another year older and wiser, I'm getting back on track again and starting the workouts this week! I know I've said I was going to start working out a few times before, but now I'm really ready for it. My schedule is cleared and I'm ready to go... Fingers crossed!
