So, apparently I didn't have my scale in the exact same spot yesterday morning. I reweighed myself this morning and checked 5 times just to be sure, and I am actually down 5 lbs from my official weigh in!!!! I had a feeling that yesterday's weigh in couldn't be right. This week I am definitely adding in some workouts to keep up my progress. I think the first few days are the hardest when starting a new diet, so now that I've got the hang of this Carb Cycling thing, we're good to go!
