You're on the right track...I'm sure your scale will be a lot "friendlier" (give positive results/negative readings) once you add in your workouts!!!

Hey there! Im doing a low carb diet too, i had a question about the carb cycling. Does that mean you have to go in and out of ketosis 1x a week? for me it took about 3 days to get in ketosis, and i was exhausted and had a headache the whole time, thats been part of my motivation because i don't want to go through that again! haha does this happen with carb cycling?
