Well, I felt like I did pretty well with my eating in week 1 but I only lost .2 lbs. I'm feeling a little bit discouraged by that but this week I'm adding in some workouts! Hopefully weeks 2-4 are better for me. I would really like to win some of my money back and ultimately get this weight off...

Does that mean you have to go in and out of ketosis 1x a week? for me it took about 3 days to get in ketosis, and i was exhausted and had a headache the whole time, thats been part of my motivation because i don't want to go through that again! haha does this happen with carb cycling?
You're on the right track...I'm sure your scale will be a lot "friendlier" (give positive results/negative readings) once you add in your workouts!!!
