Hi, I just read your post from Feb. 18, and I relate. I am actually post meno., and still find it difficult mostly because I don't do much exercising anymore. When I was pre-meno, I did gain weight more easily. At least there is hope because I don't really gain weight so much any more, though I don't lose it either!
