Clearly, I need to focus on portion control if I have any hopes of not only winning my two dietbets, but also losing this weight once and for all!
I thought I had this, but I seem to be gaining more weight than I am losing lately, not following carb cycling at all, and enjoying hefty portions! I had a plan, I was doing great on it, I was measuring everything. I think it is definitely time for me to get back to basics! Even if I choose to no longer do carb cycling (which I doubt, but who knows), I need to have proper portions of things.
Yes, it is true that having an extra cup or two of lettuce in your salad won't hurt you, BUT that extra tablespoon or two of Salad dressing I use to cover it will add up fast! Yep! Time to get back to basics.
