WOW 28 days passed quickly!
AND I DID GREAT! YES I am bragging on myself because, this is the first 28 days I have stuck with a diet and exercise plan in....hhhmmmmm a decade? I really hope this is a lifelong plan. I hope and pray that there is a maintenance plan available when I hit goal. I have to stay focussed on the goal. This is just step one to my goal.
When I started my knees hurt. I had to rest going up the stairs. Now my knees and feet hurt - at the end of the day! and I don't run up and down the stairs but lets say that I can feel that almost 12 pounds I took off my body!
What I have noticed is that I don't BEND much when I walk. I get the steps and it is movement so I am burning extra calories, no doubt, but I am not 'bending'. I am not bending my knees very much and certainly not my waiste nor abs.
Today I did 10 jumping jacks and 10 windmills and you know what? It felt pretty good! THEN I came across this on pinterest! And I think I might try 7 minutes a day HIIT ing it! Maybe twice a day --- eventually!
