For now I am not 100% sure what new DietBet games I will be joining in March.  I have one that has weigh-outs on March 2 and 3 and another with weigh-outs on March 4 and 5.  My third one has weigh-outs March 18th and 19th.  

 

I really wish that Cassey Ho from Blogilates would do another Challenge in March, but I have not heard any word of this yet.  I just discovered her when I found her game in February, but I absolutely LOVE her.  She is so energetic and inspiring.  

 

I am planning ot join Mandy Ingber's Yogalosophy Challenge that starts March 25th.  I love Yoga and have recently discovered her too.  I plan to check out some of her videos on Gaiam TV - My Yoga Online and I plan to start reading through her app and book soon too.  

 

I have been realy enjoying the Eat Drink & Be Skinny games and the Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans games, so it is likely those will be the other 2 I join for March.  

 

I am a little curious about the Jillian Michael's game though.  However, I am afraid there will be too many people in it and it will seem impersonal like the Heidi and Chris Powell game was.  I am sure I will figure out what to choose when the time comes.  

 

My 3 6 month games are full now, and I will be working on those until they end in June, July, and August.

 

I also intend to get back to the 21 Day Commit To You Guide on Gaiam TV - My Yoga Online gaiamtv.com that I started at the beginning of February.  I have completed 5 days so far leaving me with 16 days left to complete.  I think if I break this up into 4 days a week this month, I can hopefully finish it this month too.  Yet, this may be a little too much considering all the other things I want to do this month too.  I absolutely love Yoga and if it was my only exercise I could easily do it 5-7 days a week and have had a few weeks in the past couple of months where I have done Yoga 5 or 6 days a week.  I need to be realistic since I want to add more variety into my schedule too.  If I don't finish it this month, I will be fine with that too as long as I do some of it this month.

 

Also, I want to start doing more Blogilates Pop Pilates videos this month.  I completed 2 in February.  I have watched several and just love Cassey Ho's attitude, energy, positivity and everything about her personality and her videos.  I know she has a couple beginner calendars that would be more my speed than her full monthly calendars.  Taking everything else I want to do this month into consideration though, my goal is to simply do more of her videos in March than I did in February.  I hope to maybe do one a week.  Her videos are VERY HARD for me.  I like her motivation and push to keep going though and even when I have to stop I keep going again as soon as I can.  I want to try to get through more with fewer stops.  That is my main goal for March with her videos.

 

Now here is what I was really typing this blog to address.  The other stuff is extremely important to me too, but I want to list the challenge calendar titles and links for where to find them that I will be attempting to complete in March.

 

First up is the Eat Drink & Be Skinny Planks and Push Ups Challenge from Teresa Marie.  To find this challenge information and tracker, you can visit eatdrinkandbeskinny.com.  The premise is to alternate days with planks and push-ups.  You start out seeing how long you can hold your plank or how many push ups you can do in a selected time period.  Then you try to increase your time on planks and increase your amount of push ups.  Please check it out!  

 

Next up on my list is from The Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans.  They have a new challenge calendar up this month for 10k steps a day and squats and push ups.  However, my step goal only recently made it to 6,500 a day, and my feet are worn out from pushing farther most days to finish the 100 Mile Month Challenge in Feburary.  I am doing squats as part of my other challenges for March and Push Ups as part of another one.  I am skipping this challenge, but you can feel free to find it at shrinkingjeans.net.  I am starting the 28 Day Lose the Love Handles Challenge over again from the Sisterhood instead.  I did not finish it in February, so I printed it again in hopes of finishing it in March instead.  You can find it on their website mentioned in this paragraph also.  I have plenty of other challenges going, so I am taking out their recommendation to do 2 sets the first 21 days and 3 sets the last 7 days for it this time though.  I am just going to be doing 1 set of the exercises in March.  Head over there and check it out!  They have all of their past challenge calendars stored on their site as well.

 

The last 3 challenges I am going to be doing in March are all from Cassey Ho over at blogilates.com.  I started the 30 Day Butt Lift Challenge at the beginning of February and I finished it on the 28th of February by doing days 27, 28, 29 and 30 on Feb. 28th.  I got a little behind for being out of town and illness, but I still pushed through to finish this one.  However, I really enjoyed this one and I really have been feeling the difference it has been making for me and my body.  I am going to start it again on March 1 and hopefully I won't have to stop and end up doubling up on it again at any point in time.  Another one I found from her site in February that I started late was the 30 Day Flat Abs Challenge.  I finished through Day 16 of it in February.  I really enjoyed this one and the changes I have been feeling in my body from it too.  I am starting it over again March one in hopes of finishing the whole thing this month without having to double up on any days this time around.  Cassey also posted a new 30 Day Calendar Saturday called 30 Day Thigh Slimming Challenge.  I plan to start this one on March 1 and hope to finish it this month too.  Head over to her site and check these out!
