So all February I did not exercise once after the first Dietbet Challenge. I did however continue eating the smaller, healthier meals and have recently decided to avoid high fructose corn syrup from here on out. I am happy to say I kept the weight off and feel confident that when I start exericising the weight will start to fall off again. I am sad to say my brother who is suffering from anorexia has decided his 5'7" frame will not be gaining a lb over 112. He thinks his weight is perfect where its at. Its frustrating and I am very dissapointed in him. I just wish he'd see me working hard to be healthier and be motivated to do the same, if not for himself, at least for his family.
