There was a change in the number on the scale today.  Even though the game started today, I started my calorie restriction yesterday. I don't trust the first drop in weight until it has been consistent at that weight (or close) for a few days.  I tend to retain water so my weight usually fluctuates -+5lbs. 

I ate more than yesterday (very light breakfast, small lunch and regular dinner with a little dessert).  I am still under my calorie goal for the day.  I feel happy that I was able to eat a little more than yesterday without going over my calories.  **Thank you vegetables for your low calories :)**

I went on a long walk with the dogs.  The weather was beautiful after work.  I reached all my goals on my fitbit and I am proud of that.  I wish every day were like yesterday and I could reach my fitbit goals by 7pm.  I will try a little harder tomorrow.

I am very excited to be doing this game.  I know that 4% of my weight in a month is an attainable goal.  I need to take one day at a time and sometimes I need to focus on each minute, each half hour and each hour to make sure I continue making smart decisions.

I did not do well with my water intake today.  It is so hard for me to drink water at the office.  I do slightly better at home but I am not even close to my goal.

To succeed I need to do 4 things: stay under your calorie goal, meet or exceed fitness goals as per Fitbit, meet water goal and get enough sleep.
