As you said, take it one day at a time, and you will succeed! Not every day will be a success, and some days will be complete failures, but that is all part of the journey. Don't beat yourself up over the bad days, because one day won't mean anything over the course of a week or month or year. Do be careful not to go too low below your calorie goal. I know it seems scary to eat more, because you do not want to gain weight, but eating too little will actually cause your body to go into "starvation mode," and it will hold on to stored fat. Congratulations on taking the first step!
