Thank you so much! I was a little surprised that the jeans kept not fitting with the amount of weight I had lost. However in this case, it was the inches off my hips and thighs that made all the difference! I think the challenge exercises I have been doing the past couple months have helped with that more than anything else I have been doing so far. I often feel like I am not doing much exercise since I do it in short spurts instead of long drawn out videos or hard workouts that much lately, but the challenge exercises are what are working right now, so that's all that matters!
