(Day 20): It's super common and I've done it more than once. You think: "Now I ate too much for today anyway, so I don't care anymore AT ALL. I will eat better again tomorrow." But you always got to remember: "It's all one big session!" Every calorie counts, and your body doesn't think in 24h blocks. :) So overeating 200kcal is not at all the same as overeating 1000kcal. But you know that. ;)
