Congrats!!!! :D Super proud of you! Drinking lots of water is hard, and there are times when I don't drink enough too! But definitely, drinking a lot of water helps stay full longer. Those lean meats and bunch of veggies are so good to keep you full too. Especially those veggies. Fruits also help keep you from craving desserts or foods that are high in sugar. I try to eat one fruit a day to make sure I don't indulge in something bad lol
