or maybe I should title this blog post - BOY IS LOUISE OUT OF SHAPE!!

Haha - I received my new Leslie Sansone workout videos yesterday and of course I couldn’t wait to try one out! I am trying to remind myself that when I did that first Walk Away the Pounds, 1 mile vhs tape, I was actually tired and sweaty from it….. during this new one -- Leslie Sansone: Walk to the HITS Party Songs --- I almost laughed thinking about it… but laughing would have taken more energy and coordination than I had during this new ‘walk’… I just the term ‘walk’ loosely….

On the upside, based on past experience, and I am 57 years old, so I am full of experience (and other stuff) I know, if I am faithful and do this video every day in a week or two – at least at the end of week 2 – I will laugh at how easy it is!  HOWEVER – today – Louise is Sweaty and POOPED!

Now to shower and change for a noon Toastmasters meeting.  Then when I get home, and change back into my sweaty workout clothes, I think I will pop in Leslie Sansone: Walk at Home - 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk and see if I can do the hour!
