I don't know you but it sounds like your happiness depends on whether or not you are in a relationship. I've also been there and the best thing you can do is take care of yourself. When you workout, it clears your mind and body. It releases endorphins. The key is making sure that you are happy with yourself. Overeating is a temporary fix for sadness. Then after you do it, you're filled with even more guilt for doing it and the cycle continues. Positive energy draws positive energy. Get rid of the negative energy and all the toxic food in your house. I agree with Vegan Warrior about the medicine ball slams LOL but I'd also add kickboxing or just get a pair of gloves and hit a punching bag lol. Huge stress reliever for me.
