I just wanted to say thanks guys. Where I normally would probably had half loaf of bread lol and eat everything I could see, I took my anxious, depressed, frustrated self straight the gym and did 1 hour of cardio as well as walk to and from the gym (approx. 1 hours altogether) and burnt over 1000 cals and now feel great. I just think if I have that same anxiety again I need to go kill it in the gym as I know in the long-run thats the way I can solve my issues.And yes, I think I can't put men into the equation as I have enough demons myself than some arse getting involved.Thanks all
