Alright, so each day I find something that I call product advertisment it seems....and so today (since PiYo comes in the mail tomorrow) I'll do a seasoning review.
One of my carb cycling meals is always based around 94% extra lean ground beef. I pre-measure out 2.5 ounce containers. I tend to use the ground beef in a bed of lettuce: and previosly was putting in 2-3 tbsp of newmans own salsa and some taco mix. Now the taco mix was bothering me since it has a sugar in it...even though its not a primary ingrediant...that's annoying. Hence today's find (bought by my mother because she's amazing) Slap Ya Mama: Cajun seasoning!!!! What what...its amazing. Granted I've drastically cut my salt intake and this has some salt in it...but that's still better than something with even some sugar in it :)

For today: I'm not aggrevating my hip (so no running this week)...I'm determined to see a 1.3 to 1.5 lb scale victory by saturday so today I've already done Insanity Pure Cardio and T25 Ab intervals. This is my last full week doing T25 alpha round so I better suck in all the happiness of what I know is an easier workout than what Shaun T is going to deliver in the Beta round.
So, as I sit here next to my 5 month old while my 4 year old is out on a boat ride with pop-pop I'm excited to proclaim my love for this wonderful seasoning :P
