Exercise: Running 3 miles (clocked some of my fastest mile times this year, sub 10 for the downhill and sub 11 on the climb back up averaging 10:25 a mile) and stretching for 20min after (which I never normally do).
Craving: Chocolate cake
Eating: a bite of chocolate cake (don’t worry it is gone now, the boyfriend ate the rest)
Song of the day: Dance with me tonight by Olly Murs (if you need to add something to your workout playlist check this one out!)
Good thing of the day: Waking up early and working out early. I love the feeling I have the rest of the day. Also working out with a buddy is always fun, especially when that person brought cake the night before, got him back today by making him wake up and run with me (he was a good sport about it).
Annoying thing of the day: When other people’s procrastination or bad planning affects your work.
