Technically my game doesn't start until tomorrow, but I weighed in this morning and for me, the lifestyle change starts today. Don't get me wrong, I eat pretty healthy and exercise fairly regularly, but only enough to maintain my current weight range. I'm ready to be at my goal weight.
For years I've stayed at or around this weight because it's been easy. I want to push myself again like I used to do and make it to my 145 goal. I know it's possible and I know I can do it. I got myself from 270 to 180 so I know I can be disciplined.
I also know when I'm at my healthiest I feel my best! I have been in a winter slump recently and now that the sun is out again, I'm so pumped about eating healthier and being more active!
I can just see myself at my goal body weight, and it's making me so excited to get there! I took a couple of before pictures so I can compare it at the end of each 4 week challenge I do.
I'm tracking everything on MyFitnessPal which is my FAVORITE tracker out there. I also use a heart rate monitor to track my calories burned so I can eat a litle more to make up for those burned calories. Undereating is never helpful either!
I'm doing a Muscle Building/Fat Loss program that includes lots of weights and a little cardio, just how I like it!
