Yep, been there, done that. Starting the Whole 30 program in January helped me with the concept of loving myself. The premise behind the program is to discover the foods that make you feel more healthy or less healthy with an emphasis NOT TO WEIGHT YOURSELF. Not fat or fit, not a BMI or number on the scale, not eating the same thing as this person or that person. But finding what makes YOU feel the healthiest. If the numbers on the scale or ticks on the tape measure go down, then great start to a healthier you. And even if those arbitrary numbers don't move, do you feel better such as decreased headaches, stomach problems, joint stiffness, etc., that's even better. I want to feel and look healthy by my standards, period.
