Travis, this was a very enjoyable read. Thanks for sharing your secret. I love that you are taking time for yourself to get in a workout. I don't love an early morning workout either, but you're right-the extra sleep is not rewarding when we're feeling unhealthy. It made me more motivated to keep up with my 5:15 workouts when I heard about your 3:45(!) workouts! Keep up the good work.
