Can I ask what it is exactly that you crave? It always helps me to give in to my craving but only a fraction of what I would normally eat. Say I want some oreos, before I would drop about 10 oreos in a bowl add some milk grab a spoon and sit on the couch watching breaking bad. Now i take one or two oreos drop them in one of my kids' little cups add a bit of milk and stand in front of the tv watching Better Call Saul. :-)
