Avoiding sugary and salty foods has really helped reduce my cravings. I hope it works for you too. :)

I'm definitely trying to cut down on sugar! I'm allowing myself to have it 2 days a week. It's pretty tough, but I think it's getting easier? We'll see! Thanks for the advice!
