Try to switch up your routine at the gym, if you don't already. Don't do the same thing twice. And if you aren't feeling all that great, skip the gym, maybe take a short walk, and get some rest. Never underestimate the power of rest - especially when you aren't 100%!

I think I'll do something low-impact at the gym tonight to just get back into the groove. It's been too long since I was there.
