I can sooo relate to this bloggie post! Awesome. Way to go at looking at your relationship to food. Keep it up!Seeing food as fuel has been helping me. When I am OBSESSING about food, I have been noticing it is because I am hungry. Eating smaller bits more often has helped me. Also, I have not consciously done this, but I no notice I ask "will this help or hurt" when I think of food. Most times just changing the recipe and dropping unhealthy items (cheese for example) satisfies my craving without the extra calories and guilt. I thought I could not live without cheese, but other than light cheesesticks, I haven't noticed it missing. We can do this, Shanna. We can DO this!
