Really wasn't that bad - the trainer said to pickup a weight and give it a motion - then ask yourself on a scale of 1 to 10 how it felt (10 being too heavy).. She said you wanna be at about an 8. Which falls right in line with a great deal of the things i've read where they say you should be doing reps at about 80 to 90% of your maximum.
