Your insurance company should be able to provide you with the billing statements , including the actual charges, bundled or unbundled. You can also request a copy of patient notes from your dentist & they have to provide them..The only thing you're not entitled to, is your dental xrays, for obvious reasons. Good luck, dont let things stress you out!

I have to pay to get any records or notes from them , I refuse to give them any more money. I originally asked for an extraction of both of my wisdom teeth numerous times and they refused telling me I needed a filling and not an extraction, but after I got fillings done in both, they both became inflamed and had to get removed in less than 4 months. I paid for the fillings already and now they are billing me for the extractions that I feel I shouldn't have to pay. My insurance company already paid them for both the fillings and the extractions I only owe $47 and they refuse to write it off and is going to send it to collections which I feel is unfair.
