You can never be defeated if you just don't stop trying. ;) Regarding exercise I'd recommend you to try out as much as possible until you find something you like (or at least don't hate). Because you will never stick to it in the long run if it's a torture every time. I personally can't dance at all, I don't like swimming too much and hate biking. But running or any type of ball games are actually quite fun for me. So just try different stuff and stick to what you like. You got this. Do not quit! Good luck :)
