Thank you Everyone for your advice. I came down with a gross stomach bug the last few days. I'm not sure what caused it either.. eww... Anyways, I just want to say that your posts put a smile on my face, and today I feel great and can't wait to get back to working out! The part of the dances that got to me ultimately was the criss-cross motion, and a few of you said the same thing. SO I feel a lot better I'm not alone!!
