I have been doing IF for awhile but I do it two days a week vs the time windows daily. It's very sustainable for me. It is just whichever works best for you. :)My two friends that have been trim for 20 years swear by daily weigh ins to make sure they don't put on more than 2 lbs so the quickly get it off and stay in the shape they want to be. It certainly can be unhealthy for some people but I use it for the same reason my trim friends do. They aren't naturally slim they are just what I like to call, "aware".
