Yes, those Quest bars are terrific and so delicious!!! I just have to remember what the dietitian said to not have more than 40 gm protein at one time as the body can only use so much at once and excess just goes for calories. It is the old moderation thing I guess. And I like the Herbalife shakes, too! BTW, Bolthouse Farms makes a great dressing- honey mustard- that is good on roasted veggies! Happy eating!
