I'm happy with my three month results so far. I am consistently losing (something that I have always struggled with having PCOS), I'm down 20lbs so far this year (44lbs overall) and lots and lots of inches!
Now I feel more comfortable with my body I have decided to add more activity. I purchased a FitBit Charge HR and have committed to 10k steps a day. I am also reading The New Rules of Lifting for Women and Strong Curves and working with a strength coach to build muscle, afterall, strong is sexy.
I know you can't spot train/lose but I wish my weightloss was showing more in my mid-section. The rest of me looks much thinner but I feel like my stubborn belly fat won't budge. End rant.
I'm going on vacation next week to visit my parents in Arizona. Hopefully this means lots of hiking and activity and I'm going to try and make smart food choices since we will likely be dining out a lot.
I am already 99% to goal for Round 4 which is exciting, I am also super close to being under 200lbs (I haven't seen a 1 as the first number on the scale in at least 5 years). I am still loving low-carb, and I am making a stronger effort to hit my daily protein goal (which I increased since adding lifting to the mix). I am so grateful for the accountability that DietBet provides and the wonderful community here and on Reddit.
