With a game plan like that you are sure to win your challenge. You can do it! I too have PCOS and my doctor recommended low carb diet for me as well. I tried it for only 3 days and it is much harder than I thought. I love carbs. Any advice or suggestions you may have please send me a message. I would appreciate it.
