I am in the in the middle of my 2nd diet bet for as well as my 3rd diet bet 10 although I dropped out of the second one after the 2nd month.

I don't think I'll be doing another diet bet 4. 4% in one month is quite a bit. What i end up doing is kind of skating through the first week or two then when it gets down to the wire I go as drastic as I can on my diet while still being healthy and I exercise more than usual just so i make the goal.  I did it on my first diet bet four and I'm doing it on my second one which ends in about a week and a half.

On my first diet bet four I made my goal at the last minute but a week or two later I had gained half of the weight back, even though I was in a diet bet 10. I had just lost it too quickly, at least for me.  I much prefer the somewhat slower pace of the diet bet 10 transformer challenges even though a 3% loss for each of the first two months is not a lot less than 4% but it seems less. 

My goal is to get to my ultimate goal and stay there so doing something (like the DB4) that leads me to yo-yo dieting just seems counter productive, at least to me.  Those are my thoughts on the matter.
