Kim, I'm sorry but I don't quite understand your post in relation to mine. If I'm only going for a personal goal and not the DB4 goal why would I do a DB4? All I was saying in my post is I have decided DB4s are not for me because they are too "fast and furious" but DB10s with the longer goal and slower pace are. In relation to weight loss I prefer more of a snail's pace (although a somewhat quick snail) than a cheetah's pace. :)
