Dietbet really works. The decision to join one is the first most imporatant decision, but too often I've noticed individuals not keep going. It's important to try and keep expanding your knowlege of how to lose weight. Their are many different ways to lose weight and you have to find what works best for you. I decided to lose weight almost 2 years ago when I hit 315lbs. It took a year and half to lose 30 pounds. I kept going up and down. Sixty days ago I started working out to insanity max 30 and replacing one meal a day with shakeology. I lost 30 pound in those 60 days. I have used these dietbets as motivation. Everyone does it differently, it's important to try and find what works for you.

That's really cool Eric! I find doing strength training with some cardio helps but it really is what you eat...I've noticed if I really monitor my food intake that it can factor in weight loss more than just working out.
