That's really cool Eric! I find doing strength training with some cardio helps but it really is what you eat...I've noticed if I really monitor my food intake that it can factor in weight loss more than just working out.

Thank you so much and your right. It's difficult as a guy because we just want to work out and not stop eating. Diet really is important
