Last night was a success! I was with friends out and about and I was pretty concerned about my will power. Turns out I did great! I stuck eating the right amount for my body and hunger level and was very active.
Today I will do meal prepping and get in an awesome work out. I might even end the day with a nice long walk with my better half.
Today I am grateful for: Time to rest, all the love and support I have in my life, kind strangers, a great day ahead, time to be active and move, my health.
