I have a day off from work today and I intend to take care of myself, eat well and relax. Living intentionally has been on my mind lately. What kind of life do I want to create for myself? It's up to me to make it happen. 

Last night I went to family dinner. I ate the healthy meal we all prepared together then had apple crisp and vegan ice cream for dessert. I didn't really feel guilty about having dessert. We hiked between dinner and dessert and I have been very active lately. While such actions are not conducive to winning my diet bet (oops) it was quite nice to enjoy a treat with family. 

 

I will check in with my weight tomorrow. I am nervous to get on the scale. While I do not think I have gained weight I don't think I am moving towards my goal to lose it either. Time to get moving. Drink more water and kick this into high gear.
