Work has been very tough these last few months and I let my new and quite hectic schedule get the best of  me. While I continued to work out I started eating poorly again. With large portions and choices that were less than ideal I am close to where I started last year with my weight. Being up in weight makes me feel sluggish and unhappy. It's time to dial it in and get back to basics! 

 

My goals for this week: 

1. Stay within my calorie/macro range for the day. 

2. Hit my workouts with intention and intensity.

3. Mid-week meal prep to ensure success through the weekend. 

 

I know I can do this and I know how GOOD it feels to be on my game with diet and exercise. I am looking forward to success!
