Another Travis blog that made me think and encouraged me to make good choices because I want to see the results in the dressing room & receive the positive compliments. Conversely, if I make a bad choice, own the bad consequence but don't wallow...get myself back on track. Excited for you and your success so far....carry on and keep going, soon to be L Travis.

Sally, I have never been one that has liked the "dressing room" results, but, yesterday definitely was a boost and I cannot wait until the L result happens. Thanks as always for your positive and encouraging words.
