I have lost weight, but not enough. At least I have not lost enough to win Bri's game - yet! On the upside I only lost 2 ounces from yesterday so there is hope that tomorrow morning I lose even more. But two pounds? Over night? That seems like a bit of a dream!
Here's my plan.
- Wait until tomorrow to weight out. (Hey there's still a chance... small chance, but chance!)
- Take a week off to make a plan!
- Start my own dietbet (done and I have 2 members!)
- Lose 10 pounds in May
- Run (slow jog with some walking) Runway Run 5k – May 30, 2015
Now – I have my dietbet. It’s gonna ba a small group, which could be great for team support. Our focus is that we all – each – win our dietbet!
