The next three weeks are going to be intense. Today is my first day off in six days, after 24 hours of evening rehearsals (on top of work and parenting). I am exhausted, and trying to sneak my work outs in right now is really challenging. I am super grateful that my fitness level is now high enough that I can take a week or two off of heavy training, and not see any weight gain. Of course, that means I need to be pretty careful with my diet. There's always a trade off ;)
Tonight, I get to go for a run. 5 km, in 30 minutes or less. That will feel hella good, an excellent way to destress after a busy week. Tomorrow is my long run day, and I am going for a full a full 10 miles (16km).
I also need ot officially register for my triathlon and 10 km race that are coming up faster than I want to admit. And then on Sunday, I go into another 6 day rehearsal week. *so tired*
