Yo gang:) I need you to do some prep to get ready for the week so we roll out this party the right way.

 

1. Make your bedroom cozy. Wash your bedding, remove your clutter, put a candle scent in there that you're obsessed with. I need you to walk into that room and know that the chaos of your day is left at the door so you can REST heavy.

 

2. Get a good, non plastic water bottle... As I help bring up your water content you'll end up going through a lot of bottles -- 1976 water bottles in a year to be exact -- let's be awesome and help the planet as we hydrate yeah??

 

3. Grocery list. Week to week you'll identify what's working for you and what's not (you'll see what I mean by this and I'll help you figure this out;)), however here is what I need in your house so I know if ever you get stuck you have something healthy to reach for.

 

-Regular or Persian cucumbers sliced

-Apples

-Cut pineapples or Grapes that I want you to wash and freeze (for s

-Hummus

-1 dozen boiled eggs

-1 head of romaine lettuce

-1 pack of your favorite sliced cheese. (I encourage you to rarely use this, BUT if a little cheese helps you get solid protein and veggies down then do it.)

-1-2 bags of shredded or halved brussels sprouts and/or broccoli, cauliflower, carrots combo roasted with olive oil, salt, pepper. (25-30 min at 350)

-4 small to medium sized sweet potatoes that have been halved and then roasted in the oven. (22-30 min at 375)

-NUTS! Almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios.

-Cooked and sliced chicken breasts
