Hydrate All Day Long

Then I found the best motivator (for me, as I am 57 years old!) I found on the internet is this article(http://hiit-blog.dailyhiit.com/hiit-life/woman-drinks-gallon-water-daily-30-days-see-happens/) What happens when a woman drinks 3 liters of water a day for 30 days! Kinda explains why you see celebrities carrying water bottles everywhere! (by the way 3 liters = 101 ounces)

Whether you choose to drink water or tea. I hope you will choose to stay hydrated as your body tells you. And just to be clear, water along with your meals not instead of your meals!
