Feeling good today!
Went for a 20-odd mile bike ride with my fiance yesterday, ate really well all day, *AND* slept over 8 hours last night. For me, anything over 5 hours is a blessing.
The sleep and exercise has really made me feel so much better and my back is even lessening up the pain. I'm going to use my lunch break today to go to the gym and get on the elliptical machine.
