I know how you feel. I remember my weight would not move for two weeks it was so discouraging and then I thought about how far I have come and how much better I was feeling. I focused on that and kept going and eventually my body caught up. I also added protein and sometimes dropped carbs except breakfast. Hang on Brandi, I admire that you lift. I want to so bad, I have to figure out where to start. Stay strong and my emotions are all over the place to but I can't quit this is our life.
